Needs Some Tickets

A few months ago tons of my friends kept talking about Taylor Swift tickets on facebook. How they needed them or wanted them. One I think even won a pair. Most were parents with young daughters & had planned on taking them to her concert as a big treat. It was so cute after they went to the concert seeing all the picture they posted from the big night. I even had several friends in their 30's that went as a "Girl's Night Out." They all wore cowboys boots & fun dresses. I think the next time Taylor Swift comes to town, I need to go! It looked like too much fun.

Molly Girl

Molly turned 14 yrs old this week. It is so hard to believe it! It feels she has been apart of my life forever, but yet it seems she is still a puppy. What a sweet blessing she has been.

Acne Tips

I will never forget when I was a young teen, I hurt a friends feeling so badly. She had horrible acne & would cake on tons of make-up to hide it. It looked so bad. Mom had told me that the make-up she was using to cover the pimples was only making it worse & that she shouldn't wear it. What she needed was some good acne tips. I had invited her to go to my church for a concert. While extending the invite I said, "You can go but you can't wear all of that make-up to my church." I still to this day don't know why I said that. It was so mean! As the words were flowing from my lips I knew it was wrong. And then the look on her face was one of hurt. She did go to church with me, but our friendship was never the same.

Remover

I love, love. love using a blackhead remover on D's nose! It is so much fun. I get a kick at seeing all the junk that comes out. I know it's gross but I like picking at things....I don't get pimples very often, but they are fun to pop. Haha! I wish I could find a fat remover....Now that would be a blast to use! If only.....

Yikes!

Have you ever been at someone's house...Ya know, a bunch a people watching TV & a commercial for natural male enhancement pills comes on? Then everyone gets a bit embarrassed? Haha! One time I was watching a certain movie with my in-laws & brother-in-law & there was a questionable scene & that's putting it mildly. I wanted to dig a hole & crawl in it!

Diet Mania

I think I came out of the womb, searching for a supersize fry. And I think I went on my first diet, when I was 8 or 9. So that means, over 20 years of dealing with weight issues. Yikes! I've never thought about it that way. You would have thought, I would have won that battle by now. There are somethings I tried, that actually work, but I just didn't stick to them, including exercise, Weight Watchers & low carb. I do have a few medical things stacked against me, so it's an even bigger challenge for me. I'm gonna check out a few diet pill reviews, to see if I can find something that will help me.

The Hummers

I just adore these sweet little birds! They make life outside my window full of life! The season is coming to a end & they will be flying South soon. I'm gonna miss them.

What Is It?

Herpes simplex...What is it? I know when someone hears the word "herpes" they get a bit squeamish. But herpes simplex is basically cold sores & fever blisters. Not so scary after all. I don't think I have ever had one. I used to have a friend that seemed to keep them, so they were always putting some kinda ointment on their lips.

Acne Cream

When I was a teen I didn't have an abundance of acne. But I wanted to badly to use the latest acne cream on the market. So I would get my Mom to buy it for me. I'm sure she was thinking, "What in the world is this for?" It was a way for me to "fit in" so to speak. I wanted to be like everyone else, when I was so different.

Stuff To Paint

I just adore going to the arts & craft store! It's like a little piece of Heaven to me. I paint ornaments & have had people ask for me to make some that are not breakable. So I found some thin plywood that I have been using & people seem to love them. I'm even selling some in a bookstore. I am thinking of adding plaques & canvas to my inventory.

Credit Report

I have never done one of those free credit report things. Have you? There always seems to be a commercial or ad for one. I am honestly scared to know my credit score because I know it's not good. It was at one time. I have worked hard to keep it good, but then I got married, we went into the ministry & ended up having to live off credit cards.
