I have never heard of blue light therapy before. So I did some researching on it & found some very cool info. It is an amazing treatment for acne. Who knew? Not me, that is for sure. It kills the bacteria that causes acne, plus helps reduce inflammation. If I had acne problems I would for sure give this type of treatment a try!
