Burning fat foods

With changing the way I eat, adding some food that burns fat would also help. I was doing some research on this & found some lists. On those lists were these foods...Cayenne pepper, cinnamon, ginger, Citrus fruit, apples & berries, soybeans, bananas, garlic & also dairy products. I think I need to go to the grocery store & load up on this stuff!
