Comparison chart

In all of this talk about fat & losing weight, I need to find a weight loss pill comparison chart or something. There are so many out there it is easy to get confused or just not even know where to begin. You know there are a lot to choose from when there is an entire aisle at the store devoted just to them. And that's not even all that is out there!
