Supplements

I think when people hear diet supplement, that think diet pills, but that is not the only supplements out there. They include a list of things...vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, fatty acids, amino acids...It's really anything that provides nutrients. Especially something our body may be lacking & we need more of. So when you walk down the vitamin aisle at the store you are actually going down the diet supplement aisle.
