I have heard great things about getting a colon cleanse. From just feeling better physically, to loosing weight. I have a friend that owns her own colon cleansing spa. I also have other friends that have gone to get them done before. It's something that I have thought about having done. Have you had a colon cleanse? Is it something you would do again? If you haven't had it done, would you?

Yes I've had them done. I went for a few months pretty regularly just to get myself regular... it worked!
Also, I've just bought some Colon Cleanz from walmart the other night. You take one pill once or twice a day. I've been cleansed! LOL
