This is my Auburn Baby. Mercy. I sure wish they lived closer so I could see her as often as I wanted to.

How cute!

I really enjoy looking at all of your family pictures. Its neat that you have them. Hold on to your memories for the sake of your grandchildren. I don't know anything about my dad's family and my mom doesn't talk much about her childhood b/c it was horrible.

Thanks Nicole. We were raised with Mama always having pictures around of her family and Daddy's. They always shared stories with us of their childhoods. My mother was the story teller. She would have you laughing till you would wet your pants. I miss her very much. We do have alot of memories and my sisters and I want them to stay fresh with our kids to be carried on thru the generations. Taht is one main reason I started this blog is to share these with them and with whomever finds pleasure in reading them.

Well i thinks its great. Ya know my dad's japanesse but he doesn't remember any of it and he doesn't know much about his mom's family... his dad died when he was 8 or so from a disease and the family shunned my grandmother b/c she was japanesse. they stole all the money from her and left her alone in the states with 3 small children... so needless to say.. my dad doesn't know about his father's family and doesn't really want to know. My mom's family are all blacksheep's... most families have one but not her's! I tell matthew all the time its important to me to stay close to my sister and her family.
